• What do I need with me to rent?

  Renters will need a government issued drivers license or ID and payment for the 1st month's rent.

• How can I pay?

  We accept cash, check, Visa or Mastercard.

• When is my rent due?

  Rent is due on the monthly anniversary of your move in date, ex: move in March 16th, rent due April 16th.

• Do I need to provide my own lock?

  Yes, we recommend and sell disc locks which give you the highest level of security.

• Are there any items I cannot store?

  Yes, we do not allow storage of any illegal or hazardous materials including gasoline or any storage of food items.

• Can I change my gate code?

  Yes, however only the person who's ID has been recorded will be allowed to change the gate code.
